Additional Resources for Getting Help

  • Find BOOKS. This guide will teach you how to search for books on your topic in Minerva, MaineCat and beyond.
  • Use DATABASES. This guide has tutorials on how to search in ProQuest, EBSCOHost, CQResearcher, Digital Maine Library FirstSearch, PubMed, ERIC and several other databases.
  • Cite in NOODLETOOLS. This tutorial illustrates the new Noodlebib interface showing how to put information in the fields. Please note the link in the upper right to MLA or APA.
  • Write RESEARCH Papers. This guide provides information on formating structure for papers and citations in both APA and MLA.
